DVD player, cable and Apple TV are all available for your use. There are 2 other televisions in the house, 1 in the master bedroom, and one in the living room. Both are 32” flat screens with cable and Apple TV. The house has a SONOS whole-home audio system to enjoy your tunes if you get tired of listening to the ocean.
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a balcony with the same stunning views. Master bathroom suite, includes double sinks, steam shower, and a soaking tub that can be open to the sweeping vistas of the ocean.
The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with an en-suite bath with an open Moroccan style shower, and a soaking tub. The bedroom also offers a beautiful balcony with a comfortable seating area to read, relax and watch the sailboats pass by.
In a city known for its views and its amazing beaches, you will overlook one of Santa Barbara’s most beautiful and gentle surf spots, Leadbetter Beach. You can surf, boogie board, kayak, stand up paddleboard, swim, bike, or watch others from sunrise to sunset.
